Procedure for resetting your password  如何更新您的系統密碼

The following procedures will help you to reset your password. 

Please note: Any changes in your personal data might affect/impact your course record and certificate. 

您可參考下列步驟重新設定您的個人密碼。

請注意，任何個人數據的變更，可能會影響到您的課程紀錄與證書。

Step 1, Please goest to TKSG Learning Management System (www.tksg.global) click on "forgotten your username or password" link. 

第 1 步，請前往 TKSG 課程管理系統網站  (www.tksg.global) ，點選"forgotten your user name or password" 連結。

Step 2, Select the either search your username(ID) or email address option to validate your registered account. 

第 2 步，選擇透過個人帳號或者電子郵件方式，確認您是系統註冊用戶。

Step 3, To reset your password, submit your username or your email address. 

If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on how to get access again.

第 3 步，重新設定密碼，請提供您的"用戶名稱 (Username)" 與 "電子郵件地址 (email address)". 

如果系統確認您已經是註冊用戶，系統將會將重新設定的步驟，發送到您註冊的電子郵件地址中。您只需要按照步驟操作即可重設密碼。
